Composite doors

The term ‘Composite’ is used to refer to something which is made up of different parts i.e. in this case composite doors that are made up from more than one material.

The Bayfield Bespoke range of composite doors combines strength, durability, security, style and insulation to provide a weatherproof, low maintenance and environmentally friendly entrance for residential properties.

Our composite doors have a solid core of weather-resistant resin bonded laminated veneer timber, which is fully environmentally credited including PEFC and full BM Trada ‘Chain of Custody’.  The core is further enhanced with BBA Certification and CE marked to EN 14374.

Bonded to the core is a vacuum-formed outer skin to create a door that is guaranteed not to warp, twist or flake.  The grained exterior surface has the look and feel of traditional timber but will never need to be painted!  Available in a range of colours and wood grains in addition to a selection of hand crafted glass patterns to suit your individual style.

For your peace of mind, all doors are fitted with a multi-point locking system and centre deadbolt, combined with a steel reinforced 72mm PVC-u frame for maximum security and have a higher thermal and sound insulation compared to most doors due to its solid core.
